Entring Using Advance Parole

Hello Folks,

My Advance Parole expires on Sep-2008 and My H1B expires on Aug-2010
and I’ll go to India on Jul-2008.

I won’t go for visa stamping due to some reason.

If I’ll enter into USA on Aug-2008 using Advance Parole.

How long am I going to get my I-94?

1 year. You are paroled until you get your GC, but the stamp is usually valid for 1 year.
