I efiled my EAD on feb28, I am on a j2 visa, my husbands current J1 that i sent with my application is valid only till june30 2008, although he has filed for renewal of his j1 for the year 2008 to 2009(as j1 has to be renewed every year), but that will take around 2 months for approval.In the mean time if I receive an EAD, will it be valid only till June30 2008(as my husbands and my is valid till june 2008). I expect to Receive my EAD around may 30, so is it possible that they can issue me an ead that is valid for 1 month only???
If my visa gets renewed before I get my EAd, will I have to inform the USCIS so that my ead is valid for atleast a year???
