H1 to EAD

HI All,
I need to apply for my EAD renewal. if somebody has some knowledge please let me know...

1) how soon can we apply does it have to be 120 days or less ?

2) in form I-765 section 15 (current status) what should we put in there? (I checked the online version and it didnt have anything for EAD)

1) It is recommended you apply from 90 to 120 days before it expires.

H1 to EAD what happens with I-94

Hi,

I'm on H1 with visa and I-94 valid upto Oct-2008.
If I start using my EAD, do I need to go out of US before I-94 expires? (and reenter with AP)

No need to leave the USA, your status is defined as pending based on your AOS application. Not your I-94 anymore.
