EAD - H1B Help needed

I have my H1b valie Until June 2009, recently i have also got my EAD, I am planning to go to India sometime in September this year (2008).

Since my H1b is valid until June 2009, do i need to apply for AP ? my employeer is suggesting that not to spend money by applying AP at this time just because i have got EAD.

Please clarify, appreciated.

If you are currently working on your H1b and with the H1b sponsored employer, you do not need to apply for AP. You can travel on your valid H1b visa.

What if i decided to change the sponsored employer before the expiry of my H1b visa on my passport?

My Visa expires during June 2009, if i change my employeer before this, and wanted to go to India and come back on H1b (bcos of its validity period june 2009) can i do that?

Depends on if you are joining the new employer on a H1b or on EAD. If you transfer the H1b to the new employer you can use the H1b to enter. If you use EAD, you need AP.

You just cannot enter on H1b if you don't have a H1b employer and valid petition or if you do not intend to work for the petitioner.
