Travel with AP

Hi I am a Chinese citizen and will travel to China with my AP for the first time, do I need to apply an additional American visa when I leave China back to the US besides my presenting my AP documents.

I have a one-year AP, it was originally approved with the family related reason, can I also use it for a future business related trip out of US.

AP is approved for a pending I485 and can be used for any travel. Unless you want to maintain a non-immigrant visa status upon return, you don't need a visa stamp is AP is still valid and has not expired upon your return.

Return on AP requires you to use EAD to work.

Yes. It can be used as long as it is valid. Your reason to get the AP does not matter.
