H1B Visa stamping

Hi,
I want to schedule an appointment with US consulate at Chennai for H1B stamping - 8th year extension. I140 got approved and my I485 is pending. I found in DS156 form there is question. Has anyone ever filed immigrant visa petition on your behalf? Should I need to check - Yes or NO.
