EAD different job title

Hello:

I want to change job using EAD. can i switch to different job title than my current job title?

Will it have to be the same as when filed my Labor or I-140.?

Also, what happens if the new employer doesn't provide the reqd paper to show the job description?

Example: Started as Software developer now wants move to Project Management. Is it allowed? will it've legal issues?

The job has to be same or similar. A software job to PM shift is not viewed as same/similar job by USCIS for AC21 purpose and chances are your 485 will get denied.

I assumed it is an AC21 case as you didn't mention it.
