Hi,
Can i travel back to US with a valid Advanced Payrol, I485 pending document and passport even when my h4 is expired without the need for stamping.
Immediately after coming back from India on 10th may i will be joining a new job with EAD. So i guess even if i get my h4 stamped with much pain in india once i start working with EAD h4 is no more valid right?
Are there any chances of immigration officers rejecting our entry into US because of not having a valid visa but just an Advanced payroll?
Plzz reply me soon. I am planning to take an appointment for interview though its too tough to manage in my short trip to india for my brother's marriage that too travelling alone with an infant. Starting on 20th april. So plzzzzzzz reply me ASAP so that i need not take an appointment if not required.
