quick EAD application question

Hey guys, i just got married and im filing my I-485, I-130 etc.
I have a question about the first question on the I-765 form where it says "I am applying for:" and the choices are permission to accept employment or renewal of permission to accept employment.
Now I am on F1 visa and am currently working at a company with my OPT EAD card. Am i supposed to check renewal to accept employment since im already working? Or is this just a permission to accept employment case?

It is permission to accept employment. The validity of F1 status/OPT is questionable and a gray area after filing a I485 applicant. Many repouted attorneys are not ready to provide more info on that. Better discuss with an attorney about your situation.
