Job in EAD

Hi

I got my H1b through my husband's employer on Oct 2007.and i also got my EAD through my husband's GC proecessing on Nov 2007. I got a full time job using my EAD . What is the process to cancel my H1B? Should i need to file anything with my employer to change my H1 status to H4? My visa stamping for H4 is expired on Nov 2007. Should i need to have visa stamping in my passport(I have my Advance Parole which expires Nov 2008)?

Since you started using EAD, all you previous status becomes void. Now your are on AOS.

You have to use AP to re-enter USA if you travel outside.

Make sure you have the AP validity when you re-enter.
