do I need to continue EAD for spouse?

Hi,

1 my wife is not working . if she is plan to work later may be say 2 years. Can she renew at that time? or does she needs to maintain the continuity?

2. Also I have never used AP. Is there a special guideline or docs I need to carry while travelling on AP?

1. No continuity required. You can apply only when needed.
2. Nothing special. The general docs like I485 receipt and employer docs should suffice.

just got the same reply for my lawyer as well.

one more suggestion..can we do the renewal online or by ourself or do it is better to go thru the lawyer?
