I have an approved 797 for L1B. When I went for stamping, they requested for some additional information to be submitted and returned my passport. I have an advance parole and an approved EAD. If I do not submit the requested documents for L1b stamping, i.e., do not pursue the L1 stamping anymore and instead enter using my advance parole, will there be a problem during my entry into US?

There could be. Nobody can predict such things. You will not be able to work in the USA if allowed entry as a parolee unless you have an EAD.
Why are you not submitting the requested documents?Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.

The reason I do not want to submit the documents is that my advance parole expires in two weeks. If I resubmit my passport and other documents (via VFS drop box) and do not receive the response before my AP expires, then I will not be able to enter using AP either.
I have an EAD so I should be able to work. The only question is if there will be any problem with leaving my stamping half way.
