EAD Renewal

Hi friends,

I am aplying for EAD renewal. My I-485 pending.I am working on EAD.What exactly do i need to mentioned in current immigration status for adjustmant of status.
I mean which word is right one

1.AOS pending
2.I-485 pending.
3.Adjust to permanent status.

I appriciate your help.
