I have received

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION; Current Status: Denial Notice Sent

On June 16, 2008, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.

where as I140- IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER=>Current Status: Approval notice sent.
and I485-APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS=>Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

Please explain?

As per your post, your I485 has been approved, no more EAD extensions are needed or permitted.

Your Adjustment of Status (I-485) has been approved. Therefore you do not need EAD (i-765) since your AOS is no longer pending and you are now a permanent resident.

All you need to do is wait for your GC.
