WHAT IS Name check after FP?
hi,
can someone help me explain what is this name check after Finger Printing?
is this delay the EAD approval?
my experience is me (H1b) and my husband (h4) has same FP, i already got my EAD & AP for only 3 weeks after FP, but his is not yet approved and the status is still case pending.
is there a possiblity his name was check? we had filed (concurrently) I-485 & EAD & AP last April 10, 2008.
Is there any time frame we can ask the USCIS why of the delay?
