Not sent the back side of I94

Hi,

I efiled for my wprk permit I-765 on May 18'th 2008. I had the biometrics apptmt on Jun 13'th. I now realised that I have not send the copy of the back side of I94. This side does not have any information filled up. Is it necessary to send it? If yes, do i have to take an infopass apptmt again and will the 90 days clock start ticking from the day I send this back side of I94.


Please help me out as I do have an assignment on hand but no EAD> ALso is there any way to expedite the process if you have an offer letter?
I desperately need your help!

Will I get a RFE(req for evidence) ? Or can I take an apptmt at the local USCIS office?

Depends. Local USCIS office will not be able to help you with that. If you get RFE, respond at that time. In general, it will not matter much.

The back side is important for USCIS to see if there are any annotations and that is why they ask for both sides.

I have sent my supporting documents to Texas Service center. So do I check for the processing times for the Texas center or for the Charlotte,NC office, where I live? Since Texas center is processing application filed after April 28'th and Charlotte office is processing for Mar 13 still.
I have already taken an infopass aptmt for Mon. Should I tell them that I haven't sent the back side of I94(which is blank). ? Or will telling them just delay the process? Should I show them my offer letter to expedite the process?
Please help me out!

If you have waited more than 90 days, local office will send a request to the service center. You should check the service center processing timing. I think you can stop worrying about the back of I-94 part. What is your status and EAD from?

My status is still pending. And the Texas service center where I applied is processing applications after Apr 28'th while I file on May 18'th.

I am worried bcuz a frnd of mine had got a notice for RFE after months(they refused to give her a interinm EAD too) . The RFE was the back side of her husband's I94 which had the company name of her spouse. In my case , we have not send my husband's I94, just mine. And the back side of I94 is blank( i mean is not filled up) .His company name is on the L1 visa itself.

Do they accelerated the process if you have an offer letter ? I have alrdy ut my daughter in the daycare and if I don get the assgnmt then it will be really hard for us to manage.

No accelerated processing due to a pending offer. Best thing is to wait as your processing date also is not current. You could have applied for EAD earlier itself. It will get processed in 90 days.
