Q about Renewal EAD pending, changing jobs on AC21

Hi,
This is my current status and I am planning to change jobs now based on AC21:
1) My I-140 was approved last month
2) My I-485 has been pending for way more than 180 days
3) I am switching job belonging to same category
4) I will be loosing my L2 status and will only be on AOS pending status after changing jobs.
5) Have an EAD valid till Oct 9th 2008. My employer has applied for renewal EAD on June 12th which is pending.

My question is:

1) Can my employer revoke the EAD application after I quit? This might mean that I have to apply again and have to wait another 90 days and will not have EAD after oct 9th? Is it safer to wait for EAD to be approved first?

2) Do they still issue interim EAD's if EAD is not approved after 90 days?

3) My salary was much lower at the time my labor certification was done. Over the course of time it has increased a lot and with my new job, it will be 50% more than what was noted on LC. Will this be a problem for portability based on AC21.

I would very much appreciate any answers to this.
