  • I-130 Aproved, but I-485 is pending

Im an legal immigrant who applying the Green Card while i filled I485, and its pending.
In fact, my mom married to a U.S permanent resident. my mom with me and my brother have I-94 visa to U.S. after that the I-130 was approved, we have an EAD card, but the I-485 now is pending (the PD is current), we visited the immigration department more than 10 times with no any solutions, we are still waiting. we've been waiting for one and a haft year. could anybody tell me what should i do?

and recently, im going to visit Mexico, do i need anything such as a visa or an advance parole to leave and re-enter u.s after i travel mexico? and how long it will take, what should i do if i apply for either the visa or advance parole?

im just a 18 years old girl, i've been U.S just 3 years, so i dont really understand all the immigration laws, so please help me. thanks a lot

You should not leave the US without a parole approved.
