This site is really helpful to get useful information. I have some question regarding my EAD renewal. There are several posts I read but still I wanted to ask these question as I am still little confused.
I and my wife applied for our AOS (I485) in Auguest 2007. Our EAD is expiring in October 2008. Received date on I485 notice is August 16th and we paid $395 per applicant for I485 filing. Now we want to renew our EAD. Do we still have to pay renewal fees, even though we have filed after Jul 30th?
