Hi,
My wife recently entered with a Advance Parole but I was surprised that her I-94 was not stamped by the immigration officer at all. Is this normal?

She does not have a stamped I-94 now.

Please advise.

Not normal. Go back to CBP.

Update: We had visited the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) office outside Atlanta airport the very next week. My wife got her I-94 stamped there.
