I am applying for AOS and have an issue with my Birth Certificate. I have a birth certificate but it does not have my name on it (I wasn't named at the time of the birth certificate).
I plan to get an affidavit from my parents and provide that to the birth certificate- Would that be sufficient? or should I try to get another birth certificate issued from the office of birth registeration.
Kindly advise- I am concerened about my application being rejected / going into an inquiry because of the birth certificate especially since I have a common name.
