Returning on AP

Hi Gurus,

I have a question. I am planning to apply for AP alone without EAD. What are the consequences of this.

Can i travel and come back without valid EAD? Would AP work with H1 visa without valid stamping to get back to US.

You need EAD to work after returning on parole to be safe as per famous attorneys. Apply for EAD.
