Hello Experts,
I got my AP last Nov and it is valid till Nov 2008. I am planning to apply for renewal now. I have some questions while filling up form I-131.
1. Page 1:- "Class of Admission". I travelled last month on AP and came back as Parolee. So, I am thinking that the answer to this question is "Advance Parole". Can anyone please clarify this?.
2. Part 3:- "Date of Intended Departure" and "Expected Length of Trip"
Since I do not know about future travel yet, can I leave these fields blank or N/A or do we need to fill in with some futute date and length of trip?. Please advice.
