Just got my EAD, can I leave my employer?

Hello everybody,

I've just got my EAD and I've got other opportunities in other companies (better salary with better opportunities in the future). The position would be the same at the beginning.

Is this possible to leave its employer? What about the Green Card process?

I could not find precisely what would happen in this case on the web, so if one of you know about it, I would really appreciate your feedback.
