EAD Eligibility and switching job

My LC is in process.
Is Concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485 still allowed in case of priority date is available?
Can EAD be filed for my spouse incase of concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485?
If yes, can the spouse change job with her approved EAD?

Not safe to use EAD until he primary's I140 gets approved.
