Haven't received any update on EAD

Hi everybody,
I E-filed my I-765 on 11th June and had my ACS done around 30th of June and sent my supporting documents on 4th July.The tracking no. shows it has been delivered but nothing is updated on the website for my receipt no. and when I call they are not able to help as well.All they ask is wait to hear from them.My application is at Texas service center.I had to leave my job because my EAD was expired and I didnt have my renewed one yet.
Can somebody let me know what I am supposed to do in this situation?And also if anyone has received their EAD renewed recently and how much time it took for them to receive it finally?

You applied too late if your EAD has expired now in july. What made you wait until June 11th? They have 90 days to process and you could have applied 120 days before your EAD expired. You can do nothing until 90 days.

EAD expired

Hi.., i applied for my EAD renewal 120 days prior and its been 130 days now still there is no update. Went to local uscis office 3 times no go. They just send a mail to the service center and wait for response and the response will be standard, " we are processing". Local uscis did not do much. Its been more than a month now they have not even updated their website with the processing dates, usually they used to do it between 15-20. Even i lost my job becasue of these peoples ir-responsibility. They say u can file a lawsuit and they will make decision within 60 days,... In ur case you have to get infopass (appointment) to your local usics office and check what is the status

Biometrics for EAD

It has been 75 days since filing my application with California Service Centre & have still not recieved a request for my biometrics. - Can anyone tell me if this is normal?
When i call the USCIS customer service, everytime i recieve a different answer to the same question. It is just a waste of time speaking to these people.

Made an appointment last week through Infopass to speak to an officer who says he would send an email to the service centre - but i have still heard nothing. I understand that the Ca. Service Centre are running behind on processing but i am worried that an Interim EAD after 90 days will be impossible to obtain without my biometrics completed.

I just have no confidence i'm afraid with this 90 day business documented on the USCIS website and that a kick up the backside is needed for anything to get done down there.

I am in a similar situation. My receipt date is June 12th in NSC and still no news. A lot of people who applied even in August already got their cards. I wonder whats going on. I had spoken to a customer service rep and she had told me to call after 90 days for an interim card.
I have read in a few forums that you can continue working if the renewal is still pending and its at the discreetion of the employer. Is this true? Any experiences?

EAD Update

According to the link where you can check Processing dates, Applications & Petitions for Cal Service Centre, they are currently processing April 1st 2008 applications.

hmmmmmmmmm. Perhaps Im mistaken, but for about a month now i thought they were working on April 16th ??

I am at my wits end. These people are clueless.
