I Have my Priority date as April 2006 in EB2. My 485 has been filed.
My priority dates are current. I am getting married next week and want to add my spouse also to my green card. My lawyer is out of the country and will be back only on august 18 th. I spoke ot her para legal assistant and she said that we can start the paper work. Do I have to wait till my laywer is back to the country? Should i change my lawyers? Whats the best to do in this dilema.
Any help/advice is appretiated.
