In 2005 my wife was on L2 visa. She had applied and received EAD and A#.
In Oct-2006 we went back to India and her EAD expired in Feb-2007.
Our L1 and L2 visa also expired.
Now we are back to US in Jun-2008 on a NEW L1 visa and she is again on L2. and we want apply for her EAD. I have 2 question w.r.t completing the I-465 form:
1. Should I select "Permission to accept employment" or "Renewal of my permission to accept employment"? Plz note that her EAD was expired in Feb'2007 and L2 visa was also expired. She is on new L2.
2. For line # 10 in the form, do I need to mention her previous A# (Alien Registration Number)?
Please clarify asap.
