EAD Renewal Application question

Hi, I've the following question for the EAD renewal of myself and my wife

What should I write for column 14(Manner of last entry) and 15(current immigration status). Right now I'm on H1 and my wife is on H4. We already have EADs granted last year and we need to renew them. We did not use the EADs yet. Our H1 and H4 visas are valid till 2011. Our 485 status is pending. Please advise.

Write whichever status you and your wife currently hold and the manner of entry last at the POE (H1/H4?)

Can you please give me the straight answer . Since I'm in 485 Adjustment status both at the time of my last entry and also at present what should I fill in. Please give me the actual answer I need to fill in thise fields.-- Thanks

15.- AOS Pending

Thank you. But my concern is I and my wife are having H1 and H4 visas which will expire in 2011. So do we need to write AOS pending or our H tatus for Current immigration status. Has anyone got approval by writing "AOS pending"?
