Travelling after using EAD and H4
Hello,
My wife is on H4 right now and from August 10, 2008 she is going to start working using her EAD. She is going to visit India in December 2008 and coming back after a month.
My qeustion is,
Do she need Travel document while coming back to USA in January 2009? Or she do not need travel document and can enter back to USA using her valid H4 as a dual intent. Will it affect her EAD/485 processing If she use her H4 to come back?
Her 485 application is filed with my GC processing and for both of us it is pending. Its an employment based GC processing and I am on H1B right now. I have not started using my EAD yet.
