I am Ravi from India, I arrived in usa on 17-07-2008, kindly give me your valuable suggestion, it will be a great helpful from me, Thank you so much for your information. Here is the questions below.
1. we are planning to apply EAD based on K3 VISA, may I know kindly on which eligibility categories I can apply based on K3 VISA?
2. In the form I-765 question no: 10 is ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER(A-NUMBER) OR I-194(IF ANY)? May I know how to find alien registration number or I-194 number?
3. Due to financial reasons we decided to apply EAD based on K3 visa, is there will be a problems to apply EAD based on K3VISA without Adjustment of status or it can delay my EAD?
4. we are planning to apply Adjustment of status after our EAD approved and work some time and apply AOS, will there be problems or affect my future Green card process ( my K3 Visa is going to expired on 2010).
