Urgent help on Travel With AP.

My wife's passport is expiring in october 2008. She has valid AP and H4B extension. Can she enter US with this?

Will her passport not being valid for 6 months be a problem.

Yes, ...

... as long as the passport is valid the day she enters the US. She cannot enter the country or rather even leave her home country with an expired passport.

The six month validity requirements are when you apply for a visa or want one stamped on your passport.

... regulation apply to H4B / AP too?

The information I got from USCIS & one attorney says, no.

They informed me that the six month validity is required for visitors who're on visitor or business visas only.
