Laid off on EAD

If somebody is laid off EAD for how long can he stay without finding a job

We are in great trouble
Our lawyer forgot to renew our EAD which is going to expire in september
We applied for EAD...but i dnt have a job now as i was laid off
my EAD will expire
What should I do now

I-140 is approved.

You need to be in a same/similar job and file for AC21 of permanent sponsor. Look it up and do more research on it.

As long as your I485 remains pending, you have authorized stay as a parolee. You should be in a same job by the time of I485 approval.
