L2 going to expire but I-94 still valid -EAD

Hi,

My L2 is going to expire in three months but my I-94 is valid till 2010.
and my EAD will expire with my visa.
Can i apply for renewal of EAD?
Please suggest.

Yes. Once inside US, I-94 matters, not the visa.

if EAD gets rejected, will it have any impact if i apply again after my visa gets renewed?
