EAD renewal only for spouse ???

Hi,

It would be really great if any one help me in this

I & My wife having valid H1&H4 upto Sep 2009, approved EAD & AP for both upto Oct 2008.

I am using H1 for my work.

Questions.

1. Both are not using EAD now. May be my wife will use it, if she find a job.
So can i apply for EAD renewal only for my wife ?

2. Planning to apply for AP next year , Is that OK to apply for AP renewal after expiration?

3. Can i go for my EAD renewal next year , with my expired EAD.

Is this create any issue in my GC process?

Thanks , i have one more question,

I have got my EAD through Pre-Approved labour.

I have all the documents , EAD,AP, 485 Reciept etc except my labour certificate details.

What are the documents i have to collect from my employer regaring my Labour Certificate for my documents?
