  • I-94 : what do I do with it ?

I'm a Canadian who has filed a pending AOS. I travelled using my Advanced parole for a trip to Canada earlier this month.
On the way back to the U.S I was given an I-94 My question is what am I supposed to be doing with this record.
I do realize that on the back it say that I have to surrender the permit when I leave the U.S. Where can I do this?

I will be soon going for another trip to Canada with my husband at the end of this month.

Just hold on to it, an I-94 is simply a form that tells them when you arrived and they take it when you depart from the country

You have to return it at the Canadian Border or to CBP USA. You should return it as it is important. Airline will take it if you are flying out.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
