Need urgent Help

Hi
I came in USA on H4 visa and got EAD by my husband employer in october 2007. Now my husband is moving to Australia and i am working on a project which is going to complete and i want to stay in USA.But my EAD is approved by my husband's company and valid till 2009. But since my husband is moving so my EAD will be inactive.what can i do to stay in USA?

If your husband is abandoning his I485, you can no longer use the EAD to work.

Neither can you stay in the USA, living on H4 if the H1 holder is gone.
