EAD Renewal

Hi

This is regarding my EAD renewal. My wife is primary applicant and myself and my son are the beneficiary. Our EAD renewal receipt date is 7/8/08. Mine and my son got the renewal. My son got his EAD card and mine is missing in the mail, while my wife's case is still pending. What I have to do regarding my lost in the mail card. I cant fugure it out are all cases adjudges seperately? We all three applied together. Please suggest what to do about lost EAD card.

You have to apply for a replacement card. Call USCIS.

How can I apply for the replacement EAD card. Do I need to fill any form etc. or pay some fee.
