    help with denied AP

    i applied for AP in April 08. i just saw online about denial update. i have already plan to travel to India in November 08. can anyone guide me with any option. i am waiting for notice to come by mail meanwhile.

      i have I-485 pending in employment base EB-3 category and this is my 3 rd AP renewal. I don't think that i made any mistake in application. please update me if you have any idea
