    Travel when EAD expiry date is close to return date

    Hi,
    My EAD is expiring on Oct 23rd. I am travelling to Inida on Oct3rd and coming back on Oct 19th. Will it be a problem? I applied for EAD renewal on Sep 11th. Please respond ASAP. I appreciate your help.

    What does EAD expiration date have to do with your travel?

      My question is whether it will be a problem at INS while retuning to USA? I was told that INS will not allow if expiry date is very close.

        EAD has no significance to entry. It is even written on the card.
