Travel using parole

Hi,
Iam planning to travel to india in the month of december.Me and my daughter have our AP,but my husband does not have his.He is in H4 as a dependent and has the visa stamp untill jan 2011.But i and my daughter don't have visa stamped in our passports.While coming back can my daughter and me use our AP and my husband his H4 visa which he has already stamped.can i skip with not going for H1 stamping in india.Please advice.Thanks for the help in advance.

No. You have to be on H1b for your husband to enter on H4. Either all of you enter on Parole or enter on H1b/H4 visas.
