L1 to EAD

Hi,

I currently have L1 valid till 2009. I have my EAD approved and spouse has I140 approved (H1) with both our I485 pending.

If I move from L1 and start using EAD immediately,

1) Will I be re-entering US on AP if I travel though I have a valid L1 stamping till 2009?
2) Can my wife still use the H1 for re-entry as it is valid and stamped?
