My wife is travelling to India next week. She has her AP valid till January. What are the required documents ? What documents she needs to carry with her while travelling on AP ?

Nothing other than pending I485 receipt and the usual stuff (PP etc)

AP Validity
AP Expiring on Dec20th. Leaving for india next week. Can she apply for AP renewal, go on current AP stay longer then 20th Dec, i mail her the new AP and she comes back somewhere in January or Feb on new AP ?Comment
