EAD expired - L2 extension pending.

Hi,
I am kinda in a wierd situation. My L2 visa is still Pending extention and i jsut recently filed my I 140 and I 485. My EAD expired last month and I applied for renewal. With a week my biometrics was scheduled. I am currently off work as i dont have a EAD. Is there any any any way that I can get an interim EAD or something that will help me get back to work. I dont know if calling the 1-800 nos will help if I say i am suffering from financial losses.

If anyone is in a similar situation, please advise.

Hi, I may not be able to answer you Qs but do you mean to say that you have filled I 140 and I 485 pending visa extension. Are you processing your GC in EB2 category? Have you completed the PERM process? If so how long did it take?
