AP Renewal Docs

Hi,

I'm working on H1 status with no H1 stamping on the passport. My I-485 is pending. Got EAD renewd for 2 years (last week). Applying for AP renewal.

• What should I write in the "Class of Admission" column? H1-B or Parolee/AOS Pending.
• If it's H1-B, Should I enclose my H1-B approval notice (797) and new I-94 with AP renewal documnets? The AP page on Immihelp(https://www.immihelp.com/i-485-adjus...ce-parole.html) dosen't say anything about H1-B approval notice.

I'm travelling to India in December and planning to enter US with AP to take up a new job offer.

Please advise.

It should be H1b. Your I-94 should reflect H1b anyway .
