    Expired EAD

    Experts,

    I have few questions and would appreciate your replies -

    1- My EAD is expiring on Sept 30 and I haven't applied for renewal. I have never used it. Is there any problem if I apply for renewal now?

    2 - Can I chenge the employer by transferring my H1 visa and not using EAD. What are the consequences?

    3 - Any idea about priority date movements for EB3??
