Hi,
I was going through some posts about L2, EAD and stuff and got these questions.
1) What exactly is the difference between EAD using L2 and EAD through GC.
2) My wife is currently in L2 visa, obtained her EAD and is working now. She is a professional with advanced degree. Is she eligible to apply for I-140 and I-485 through her employer ? She has not started any GC processing till now.
