I'm On My Second H1 Term, Due To Run Out On 10/27. Two And Half Months Ago I Began Adjustment Status And Sent My I-765 Request
    Question
What Happens If By 10/27 I Still Don'y Have My Ead, Due I Quit Job, Does It Goes Against Me For Keeping Employment?
    Pls Help

What is your problem? If you quit the permanent job within 6 months of filing 485, your AOS may be deemed void.

I am currently waiting on Status Adjustment from a relative petititon. I recently married a US citizen.
but my current status is H1 which is good until 10/27.
I do not know what proceeds if I keep working, or what do I need to do if by 10/27 my EAD has not come in.

You should not work aftyer 10/27 and will become a parolee on a pending 485. Once EAD is approved, you can start working again. What happens? It is illegal.

I'm told that once the 90 days have passed, and if by this time I haven't received my EAD, I can request a temporary EAD at the local USICS office, is this possible?

Interim EADs are no longer issued. They will send a service request to the center if you go to the office using infopass. Look at recapturing any time spent outside US on vacations for your H1b if you want to work. That can be done.

My situation is sort of unique
my current job requires me to go overseas 30% of the time (month), therefore technically I work outside the US for an american company, however I'm on a US payroll.
Could I ask my company to take me off their U.S. payroll until my EAD arrives? One problem is that I will loose my benefits (Insurance). I can come home and to my office once a month for a week or so.
pls let me know your thoughts

If that is the situation, you should have plenty of time for you to recapture from all the visits and time spent abraod. Get your company attorney involved and do it. As long as the recapture petition is sent to USCIS before the H1b expiration, you can continue work.
