Is an EAD card automatically make you a Perm Res.

I am trying to help a borrower get a loan and he needs to be a perm res.

He has been in the states for 8 yrs, can work with any employer, files 1040's rather than 1040NR's, has extensive credit and work history. He has an EAD card and has had it for 2 yrs.

He does not have an ead card.

How can I prove he is a perm res. just waiting for his green card to be approved?

He is NOT a permanent resident.

EAD is NOT a resident card.
