Advance Parole

Dear Reader

I will be entering the US with a K1 fiancé visa, and will be married within 90 days of entering the US. Do I require an advance parole travel document, or will I then become a K3 or V2 spouse ?

Advance Parole is required only if you plan to travel outside the US after entering but before getting the greencard.
